RENTAL TERMS

Villa rates are weekly 7 nights and generally are from Saturday to Saturday. Rates include General Consumption Tax. Rates include full services of villa staff (exclusive of gratuity). All rates are quoted in United States Dollar and current exchange would apply.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

A reservation deposit of 25% of the rental rate is required to confirm a booking. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival date for High Season rental (January 5-April 17) and balance due 30 days prior to arrival date for Low Season rental (April 18-December 18). If arrival date is less than 60 days from initial booking date, payment in full is required at time of booking confirmation. Bookings during the Christmas / New Year Holiday Season (Dec 19 through January 5) requires a reservation deposit of 50% to confirmation of a booking, with the balance due by October 1st. A damage deposit of USD $1,200.00 is required for all bookings payable at time of check in. The damage deposit will be refunded promptly after departure assuming that no damage is sustained during the guest's visit. All payments must be made by check or wire transfer. Please contact Harmony Hill Villa to receive wiring and/or check instructions for payment. Harmony Hill Villa reserves the right to cancel any reservation, without refunds, if final payment is not received by the due date, unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.

30-59 days = 50% refund
8-29 days = 25% refund
<7 days = 0% refund

High Season:
January 5th – April 17th

>60 days = 100% refund
30-59 days = 50% refund
<30 days = 0% refund

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

  • The owners of the property and their agents accept no liability with respect of any loss, damage or changes arising from unforeseeable circumstances including (but not limited to) war, riots, civil strife, strike, floods, and closure of airports, adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our control.
  • You are advised that you are occupying a private villa and therefore are responsible for your own safety in respect of any loss, personal accidents or damages sustained by you or any members of your party during your stay. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that they have adequate holiday insurance to cover personal injury/accidents/damage. No claims whatsoever will be accepted by the owners or their agents of the property.
  • Guests using the pool or its surrounding areas do so at their own risk. Children are required to be supervised at all times when using the pool or on the pool deck area. The owner or their agents accept no liability for any loss or personal injury incurred from using the pool or its surrounding areas.
  • It is the responsibility of the guests to take good care of the property, its contents, including, but not limited to soft furnishings, furniture, linens, towels, gardens, plants, crockery, cutlery, audio and video equipment, books, glassware and ornaments. Any damage caused by you and members of your party will be recovered by the damage deposit. Only those persons named on the guest list are entitled to stay at the villa. If the villa is booked on a reduced price tariff, which includes the use of a limited number of the available bedrooms, the bedrooms which are not included in the booking will remain locked. The number of persons staying at the property must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated in the tariff advertised, except in the case of infants under 2 years old. The villa guests must not create unreasonable disturbance to neighbors, particularly during the hours between midnight and 7am. In the event of unreasonable behavior by you or members of your party, you may be asked, at the discretion of the owner or the Tryall Club, to vacate the villa without refund of monies paid. You are prohibited from organizing and holding any party events at your villa beyond normal entertaining unless prior permission from Villa owner and/or the Tryall Club has been approved.

Sending payment constitutes your acceptance and agreement to these terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions as printed above. Each guest accepts the terms and conditions contained herein.
